Assisted Living
When a new resident joins our family they will receive a care assessment from one of our qualified licensed nurses on the date of move in. This assessment will assist us in developing a customized care plan based on each resident’s personal care needs and preferences. We are dedicated to maintaining the quality, safety and health of each resident. Therefore, reassessments will be conducted periodically. This will ensure that each individual is receiving the appropriate care from our team throughout their stay at Morgan Estates.
Independence Basic Care Plan
Independence Basic care plan includes:
- Medication monitoring and administration
- 24-hour availability of our professional trained team members including licensed practical nurses and resident care aides
- Full access to our enriching activities program
- Three nutritious home cooked meals prepared fresh each day, with snacks and beverages offered daily
- Accommodation of special dietary requirements
- Weekly housekeeping service
- Daily bed-making and weekly linen service
- Personal laundry service
- Case Management services
- Maintenance of rooms, building and grounds
Independence Plus (Tier I) Care Plan
Independence Plus (Tier I) care plan includes:
- Bathing and dressing assistance
- Personal hygiene and grooming assistance
- Escorts to and from meals and activities
- Occasional reminders of activities, meals and assistance performing daily routines
- Medical management
- Incontinence care
- Diabetes management
- Oxygen management
- Nutritional supplements
Independence Premium (Tier II) Care Plan
Independence Premium (Tier II) care plan includes:
- Incontinence management (toileting schedule)
- Behavior management
- Daily reminders and redirecting due to cognitive impairment
- Support with transferring in and out of bed and/or chair
- Nutrition assistance
