Morgan Estates offers private rooms where residents are free to furnish and decorate with personal items or they also have the option for their room to come fully furnished with furniture that we provide. Each room was designed specially with convenience, comfort and safety of each resident in mind.
Residents also have full access to the many common areas throughout the building and outside:

- Small living room with fireplace, great for visiting friends and family

Single private rooms, large private studios,
and two (2) room suites include:
- Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
- Mini-kitchenette equipped with refrigerator and microwave for personal snacks
- Private spacious bathroom outfitted with grab bars, walk-in shower and seat for safety
- 24 hour emergency call response system
- Phone and cable hook up availability
Additional services available:
- On-site monthly visits by local medical professionals
- On-site visiting lab and x-ray services
- On-site beauty/barber shop
- Coordination of medications with in house pharmacy
- Medical Transportation available for fee
